DuoScore Privacy Policy
DuoScore is made by Edgar Ordóñez, an independent developer based in Barcelona, Spain, reachable at support@duoscore.app.
The short version: DuoScore collects nothing about you. It has no account, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking, and it makes no network requests of its own.
What stays on your device
- Your songs, in DuoScore's folder in the Files app.
- Your settings and practice choices (such as the mixer and the metronome).
- For the free trial, the latest time DuoScore has seen, kept in your device's Keychain so the trial can't be reset by reinstalling. It never leaves your device.
Purchases
The 7-day trial and DuoScore Unlock are in-app purchases made through Apple. Apple handles the payment and your Apple Account; we never see your payment details. On your device, DuoScore reads Apple's signed record of which purchases your Apple Account owns, to know whether writing is unlocked. Apple's privacy policy covers what Apple collects: apple.com/legal/privacy.
Files
When you import or export a song, DuoScore uses the iOS Files app and share sheet. Where a file goes (iCloud Drive, another app, AirDrop) is your choice, and that service's own policy applies.
Support email
Settings → Support opens your own Mail app with a message to support@duoscore.app, including the app's version and your device model so we can help. Nothing is sent unless you send it. We use your message only to answer you, and delete it when it's no longer needed.
Children
DuoScore is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone, children included.
Your rights
As we hold no personal data from the app, there's nothing to access, correct or delete. For anything about a support email you sent us, write to support@duoscore.app.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
